About the Host
Dr Heather McKee will be your host for this small and supportive workshop. (We deliberately keep the numbers low to make sure everyone has a chance to get the most from the group.) Heather is a weight-loss and behaviour-change specialist, lecturer, speaker and consultant (as well as a self-confessed research geek). Heather doesn’t believe that one size fits all: “everyone has their own set of barriers to leading their healthiest life and that’s what I help them to break through to deliver real results that last.”
About the Venue
This life-changing workshop will be held a Gazelli House, a wellness space nestled in the heart of South Kensington, close to King’s Road, Knightsbridge and South Kensington Underground. Gazelli House is designed to be a home from home and the workshop will take place in Gazelli’s warm and welcoming group space.
