Intelligent Eating – a journey from mindless to mindful eating
In this workshop you will learn:
The detrimental effects of distracted eating
How to build bodily intuition to distinguish between physical hunger, emotional hunger and tiredness
How to create strategies to tackle unhelpful eating behaviours and ultimately get more pleasure from your food
By the end of the workshop you will have created your bespoke masterplan to help you to create healthy habits that last.
About the Host
Dr Heather McKee will be your host for this small and supportive workshop. (We deliberately keep the numbers low to make sure everyone has a chance to get the most from the group.) Heather is a weight-loss and behaviour-change specialist, lecturer, speaker and consultant (as well as a self-confessed research geek). Heather doesn’t believe that one size fits all: “everyone has their own set of barriers to leading their healthiest life and that’s what I help them to break through to deliver real results that last.”
About the Venue
This life-changing workshop will be held a Gazelli House, a wellness space nestled in the heart of South Kensington, close to King’s Road, Knightsbridge and South Kensington Underground. Gazelli House is designed to be a home from home and the workshop will take place in Gazelli’s warm and welcoming group space.
