Intelligent habits - a 4 week masterclass to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to make your healthy habits last
“It made me feel like I wanted to be healthier and I wanted to look after myself and make healthier choices. This is the way forward and everyone should know about it.“Barbara
At one time or another we’ve all experienced the frustration of not being able to make our healthy habits stick.
This four-session course is specifically designed to support you in overcoming the barriers that have time and again held you back. It will help you to develop the skills to resist temptation and ultimately to stay on track with your health goals. By the end, you will have created your own bespoke system and road map for lasting habit change.
Drawing on the latest research, Dr Heather McKee has created a framework that will support you in developing the necessary mindset for long-term success. Over The Healthy Habits Course, you will learn how to:
Get the most enjoyment out of being healthy
Overcome your barriers to change
Set up your life to avoid relying on willpower
Distinguish emotional hunger from physical hunger
Create systems for lasting change
Develop a resilient mindset
Use key skills to develop self-kindness habits
If you are serious about making lasting changes to your health such as sticking to a healthy diet, exercising more and looking after your mental health, then this is the course for you!
The course commences 29th April 2019. The course will be delivered over 4 consecutive weeks (by request this course is also available for group bookings on separate dates). About the Host
Dr Heather McKee will be your host for this small and supportive workshop. (We deliberately keep the numbers low to make sure everyone has a chance to get the most from the group.) Heather is a weight-loss and behaviour-change specialist, lecturer, speaker and consultant (as well as a self-confessed research geek). Heather doesn’t believe that one size fits all: “everyone has their own set of barriers to leading their healthiest life and that’s what I help them to break through to deliver real results that last.”
