Come and join us for a calming dynamic Pilates class, designed to strengthen and lengthen the body but also unwind and de-clutter the mind. Set in the gorgeous tranquil setting of Gazelli House, this is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, releasing areas of tension through nourishing movement. Led by Katie Gray, a Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer, who’s mission it is to encourage people to feel amazing and confident within themselves!
