On 31st January Dr Heather McKee, Gazelli House HabitCoach and lifestyle behaviour-change specialist, will be hosting an exclusive open day.The day will offer guests a limited number of bookable 30-minute 1:1 sessions with Dr McKee. In your session we will look at what you’re doing now, what’s working and not working, and offer recommendations for next steps to build healthy habits that last. Session places are specifically for those who are serious about making their lifestyle changes last beyond 2019.
