Stress-relief self-massage techniques – and how these can help in your daily life.
About the Host
Master of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist Phoebus Tian will host this small and lively workshop. (We deliberately keep the numbers low to make sure everyone has a chance to get the most from the group). Phoebus studied Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China, where he also travelled extensively to learn more from the country’s great masters. Phoebus moved to London to teach at South Bank University and practises Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Gazelli House in South Kensington.
